Application Fee

If your application is accepted, the fee will be applied to the purchase of your booth.  If your application is declined, the fee will be refunded.   The vendor space must be purchased by June 14th or the application fee is forfeit.

Early Bird Pricing

Our Early bird pricing will begin Monday June 24th 2019 and end March 18th 2020:

Outdoor Booths:
Booth 10′ X 10′: $80
Booth 10′ X 20′: $100
Indoor Booths:
Booth 8′ X 8′: $100

Regular Vendor Prices Begin on March 19th to June 14th:

Outdoor Booths:
Booth 10′ X 10′: $120
Booth 10′ X 20′: $140
Indoor Booths:
Booth 8′ X 8′: $140

Electricity: $40

Outdoor Booths: In the Carnival Area

Booth 10′ X 10′: $80/$120
Booth 10′ X 20′: $100/$140

Camping Passes

Camping passes are sold separately.  You will need to purchase a camping pass for every person camping at the event with you.
