Application Fee

Lock in your early bird pricing by paying the application fee prior to March 19th.  If your application is accepted, the fee will be applied to the purchase of your booth.  If your application is declined, the fee will be refunded.   The vendor space must be purchased by June 8th or the application fee is forfeit.

Early Bird Pricing

Early bird pricing is effective thru March 18.  Prices will increase on March 19.  See below for pricing.

Vendor Pass

The Vendor Pass includes your Table or Booth Space and one Camping Pass. You will  need to purchase additional passes for people that you are bringing with you.

Outdoor Booths: In the Carnival Area

Booth 10′ X 10′: $80/$120
Booth 10′ X 20′: $100/$140

Indoor Tables:

Booth 8′ X 8′: $100/$140

 

Meal Plan

We are offering a meal plan for Event Attendees, so that they do not need to bring their own cooking gear.  The Meal Plan is not included in your Vendor fee.  You may purchase a Meal Plan for yourself and any additional people as desired.

  • Includes 6 meals for $35 (preregistration only)

Additional Passes

You will  need to purchase additional passes for people that you are bringing with you.
